- Do I need a password?
- No. We use magic link authentication — enter your email and we send a one-time sign-in link. No password to create or remember.
- What happens after the free trial?
- After 14 days your card is charged $49 and the subscription renews monthly. You can cancel any time from the billing portal — no penalty, no run-around.
- Are the documents legally accepted?
- Yes. Every document is state-specific and formatted to meet DMV requirements in all 50 states. Your buyer gets a signed PDF that works at their local title office.
- What is the fair-use limit?
- 100 basic bills of sale per month covers the vast majority of dealers. If you need more, contact support and we will work something out.
- Can I still buy VIN history reports?
- Yes. VIN history reports (powered by Experian) are available as a per-document add-on on top of Dealer Pro. Your subscription covers the bill of sale generation; the VIN report is charged separately when you need it.
